• The front desk staff, I believe their name was Ash, was so nice. I did the early online check in and my room and room keys were all ready. My room was very clean, quiet and the bed was VERY comfortable. There was a free breakfast but I decided to eat at Cracker Barrel next door. I did take a peek and the breakfast lookes pretty good. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

• This hotel was a huge surprise. Sullivan is a smaller town and there were not a lot of options for hotels. I selected the Comfort Inn and am so happy with our choice. The pre-check-in saved me time but the person who checked me in was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Our room was the best we’ve stayed in for awhile. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, the couch in our room had a footstool so we could truly relax. Then I was able to e-checkout to let them know we’d left. All around great experience and we will book again as we make this trip at least once a year. Last, there were a lot of restaurants, both chain and local. I love Mexican food as it’s hard to get in Canada so we went to El Nopal. It was fantastic and just what we were looking for after a very long day on the road.

• VERY clean hotel with an updated interior. We stayed in a pet-friendly room on the first floor but did not have our pets with us. Liked the laminate flooring. The furniture and fixtures were new and fresh looking. In addition, the gentleman at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel right off of I44 in Sullivan, MO.

• TLDR: they have security cameras to monitor the parking lot!! ♡ Better than Hiltons rooms. Moving cross country, we needed to stop before St. Louis. The reviews at prior hotels made me apprehensive to stop, with a loaded UHaul that would be sitting, unmonitored while we slept. Then I came across Comfort Inn Sullivan. From check in, with a very polite young man, who was very helpful in reassuring me my UHaul would be safe ... To opening the door to our hotel room. I have stayed at many Hiltons before. This room exceeded Hilton standards. Almost put them to shame actually! Filled with amenities, clean, and even the temperature was set, so the room was warm and welcoming at 9pm! Stay here. You wont regret it!

• We stayed here for 2 days while seeing the Meramac Caverns and Johnson Shut- Ins. Rooms were very clean, pool could use a good scrub around the edge but still clean. Would recommend for family's. Breakfast didn't have mucj options but was still good.

• There's some renovations going on, the lobby is not complete yet, but is not an issue. It should look very nice when completed. Was really surprised at the quality and convenience of the redone rooms... shows attention to detail unlike we've seen in the past. All the furniture matched, quality wall coverings, some very convenient details... plug ins, switches, etc., and seemed to be good quality. The larger TV's that you can finally adjust the angle towards the seating area, and the mood lighting was a classy touch. One thing was not good... the pull down shade is see through, so does not block out the parking lot floods... we had to improvise a solution, and it provides little privacy. Should be an easy fix. We hope Choice continues to improve some of their locations, as some are really poor, and some should be closed, yet show a good rating, which makes one wonder about the rating process!
